Simon Thomason

Managing Director at LEAP

MD of the Good Ship Leap, a Certified B Corp design and impact agency whose purpose is to ignite the creative change our planet needs. Ocean activist—some say married to the sea, others claim I’ve just got salt water in my veins. As a trained B Leader, I guide organisations through their journey to B Corp certification, fuelled by a deep passion for Impact Business Models that create meaningful change. Cornwall’s sustainability landscape is my playground for positive disruption, helping local businesses transform how they operate while honouring our precious coastal environment. Community champion, compelled to forge real connections between business and local voices—because the best innovations happen when we actually listen to each other. An optimist at heart who believes Cornwall can lead the sustainability revolution. Competitive by nature (just try me at Swimruns or Surf Lifesaving competitions), but driven by empathy and emotional intelligence in all I do.
